VA 7300 Fan Filter

A wide range of combinations for any application can be made up to suit your need in a short space of time.

Units suit the following requirements:

  1. Gas Absorption
  2. HEPA Filtration
  3. Pressurization – positive or negative
  4. Filtering etc

  • Units can be fitted with Weather louvers for external use and grills for internal use
  • Can supply both straight units, 90º units horizontally and vertically
  • Choice of front or side access to filters

Specifications

3 Stage Units: (HEPA/gas absorption units)

The unit is manufactured from mild steel epoxy powder coated after manufacture.

The unit is equipped with 3 stage filtration:

  • 1st Stage – Washable pleated filter size: 600 x 600 x 50mm. Model No. VAPL 6650
  • 2nd Stage – Activate carbon pellets. Model No. ACT 25
  • 3rd Stage – High volume HEPA filter 4000m3/h size: 610 x 610 x 300mm. Model No. VAHVHE 66300

The unit is capable of handling an air volume of between 0,5m³/s and 1.0m³/s against the system resistance delivered by a 220V double inlet centrifugal fan type or an aerofoil axial flow fan.

The unit can be equipped with an infinitely variable speed controller.

2 Stage Units: (Particulate filtration units)

The unit is manufactured from mild steel epoxy powder coated after manufacture.
The unit is equipped with 2 stage filtration:

  • 1st Stage – Washable pleated pre filter size: 600 x 600 x 50mm
  • 2nd Stage – VA50 High Dust holding capacity filter: 600 x 600 x 650mm.

Fan filter units for large air volumes are available and can be manufactured to suit the client’s requirements.

We offer two standard modular unit sizes ex stock which are available in either 2 or 3 stage filtration:

VA7650 – 650SQ
VA7350 – 350SQ
